The price of to much growth
The caulastrea broke of and felt on the acan field

I have no way to place it back and fragged it and placed frags in all my tanks

De prijs van teveel groei.
Dan breek de boel zichzelf af als je met een magneet langs gaat.
Dan vallen de koralen om doordat ze te zwaar worden voor het aanhechtpunt.

Deze caulastrea van 1,3 kilo lag ineens bovenop het acan veldje

Pff.... werkaan de winkel.
Aangezien er geen mogelijk is de bol terug te plaatsen, heb ik het helemaal opgeknipt en verspreid over meerdere bakken.

I am a happy reefer

My EZ550 reef is getting better and better
All corals are happy and the growth is kicking in.

My butterfly reef after 5 months on full led

I must say growth is just fine the corals doubled from large frags to full colonies compeeting for space in 5 months time.
The colors of the branching corals look washed out from the sideview.
That's one thing i dislike from this full led setup.

The top view looks a lot better

This is how led prove to be better looking.
No comparison can be made  with T5 because pictures taken from abobe with T5 will always have problem with reflection  of the bulbs.
