You are absolutely right about the growth rate, I am seeing similar growth in my stag horns too  ;D

The gaps inbetween the isles are being filled with corals growing towards each other.

The last few week i gradualy repaced al my T5 ligthing.

It was about time !!!!!!!!
The result after  12-14 months in used was obviously showing.

In my opinion lighthing choice is  40% responsible for optimal result in a top level reef tank. Another 40% is the  waterquality and 20% procent luck and effort.
In a  reef tank mainly stocked with sofcorals these figure will be more leveled.

Because of PH issues i cleaned up my sump and removed my calcium reactor. i am now  100% relying on all supplements.
I am now experimenting with manual PH corrections.
